1:1s & small group classes

Ideal for those who are new to yoga as well as those who want to deepen their personal practice. Smaller group settings can provide an easier way to experience the positive impacts of yoga, in the comfort of your own home.

A 1:1 class is a great way to gain a better awareness and understanding of the postures and practices, and how yoga can best support you. Smaller gatherings can provide greater opportunity to tap into your body’s innate intelligence & sense of awareness, without the pressure of being in a busy class.

If you haven’t experienced yoga before, or would like to try it individually, a 1:1 can be a perfect way to develop your strength and understanding before joining a larger group.

Together, we can explore what works for you and create a perfect practice that is tailored for your individual needs, fitness level & lifestyle.

Scheduled at a time to suit, and taught online or in person if you live within 20 miles of the Forest of Dean, group bookings are offered at a discounted rate.
