A bespoke class is a great way to gain an awareness and understanding of yoga whilst tapping into your body’s innate intelligent awareness. In smaller groups settings, it can be easier to experience the positive impacts of yoga. Together we’ll create a personal approach tailored for your individual body, fitness level & lifestyle.

Ideal for those who are new to yoga as well as those who want to deepen their personal practice.

Classes can be scheduled at a time to suit you, and can be taught online or in person, with group bookings offered at a discounted rate. Class size capped at 10 attendees.
